Job Title: Import & Export Ops Specialist

Beijing Century Joyo Information Technology Co., Ltd. Chengdu Branch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Import & Export Ops Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to handle daily tasks, manage exceptions, and collaborate with teams to provide best-in-class logistics services to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle assigned daily tasks according to process maps and SOPs, manage and handle exceptions in daily work.
  • Collaborate with origin and destination teams to solve issues/requests and secure selling partners' experience.
  • Handle problems with minimal visible risks or roadblocks, troubleshoot problems with no existing procedure or SOP with LSPs, evaluate compliance risks, and escalate roadblocks.
  • Work on standardization and Kaizen among internal function partners to improve operation efficiency and service quality.
  • Act as the team process expert to co-work with stakeholders on process improvement and UAT Test for new features.
  • Take additional duties assigned by leadership as business-related services and operation scope continue to expand.
  • Support new initiatives and new programs to drive operational excellence in terms of speed and cost, service quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 5+ years of working experience in the logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain industry/broker/customs agent
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and solid data analysis skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to meet deadlines, maintain a strong attention to details, and work as a team member
  • Capability of operation standardization and process improvement
  • Good communication skill and co-work with cross-teams experience
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures
  • Manage multiple tasks and have a sense of urgency to prioritize tasks
  • Strong mindset of Customer Obsession

  • Experience as Process Improvement Expert, Business Analysis, and Project Management
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Trade lane knowledge of CN-US/EU/JP
  • Strong data skill and analysis
