About the Role
The Provider Network Coordinator will support the manager in developing and managing aged care provider networks and vendor relationships for new and existing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with targeted aged care providers to drive business growth and expansion.
- Negotiate cost-effective contracts with providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements.
- Integrate resources and ensure quality control of cooperative providers to optimize business outcomes.
- Establish service standards for providers and optimize service procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Support business negotiations and implementation of innovation projects to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all provider contracts and assist with audit preparation.
- Apply critical thinking principles to practical and emergent situations, following standardized procedures as needed.
- Exercise sound judgment beyond specific instructions, applying knowledge to various factual situations.
- Remain alert and attentive to details, working under stress on a regular or continuous basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Managed Aged Care or Healthcare, with a focus on business development and relationship management.
- One to three (1-3) years of experience in working with contract terms and reimbursement methods, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
- Proficiency in MS WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
