Product Marketing Specialist

Position Overview: This role encompasses the management of product strategies, marketing initiatives, pre-sales assistance, and market expansion efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the product lifecycle and integrated solutions to cater to diverse customer needs while fostering growth in the China market. Maintain consistent communication with headquarters and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product management.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy based on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Regularly report on sales performance, competitive landscape, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead marketing promotions through strategic pricing, key initiatives, and the exploration of new markets. Establish customized action plans and monitor their progress and success.
  • Support the sales team in achieving annual targets by creating and updating sales tools, providing product training, and managing key accounts nationwide. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and facilitate product presentations at workshops and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team on promotional activities and campaigns, utilizing platforms such as websites and social media to highlight strategic products.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with additional tasks related to strategic products and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in clinical, medical, biological fields, or an MBA with a strong business acumen.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role within the IVD industry, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, along with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
