Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and enhancing our logistics function to support our business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to support business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate logistics processes with customer service, including logistics planning and management, customer satisfaction analysis, and more.
- Initiate bidding with logistics suppliers/service providers, subcontractors, and KPI management with indirect sourcing team.
- Conduct logistics process of inland and export transportation.
- Develop logistics strategies in cooperation with management.
- Optimize logistics cost and balance customer satisfaction.
- Support new projects on logistics part, especially export to worldwide.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in logistics management preferred.
- Familiar with international logistics operation.
- Good knowledge of MS office and Navision system preferred.
- Good command of both oral and written English skill.
- Good problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities.
- Positive attitude under high pressure condition.
