We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Chief Steward.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that all aspects of service meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
