The Role

We're looking for a Product Strategy Manager to assist in defining and implementing platform strategies across our product categories and brands. This role will plan and execute a wide range of initiatives across business units, regions, functional teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Implement platform strategy and roadmaps across product categories and brands through close communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage a consistent means of communicating key strategy and roadmap documents and be the ambassador within HARMAN and external parties to promote the platform.
  • Ensure adequate market launch support and be the change requester for platform implementation.
  • Manage conflicts and priorities to achieve platform strategy and roadmaps deployment. Identify risks and potential issues, setting mitigations and action plans.
  • Ensure compliance to process, procedures, and the use of tools and methods, including escalation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or other Marketing-related disciplines.
  • At least 6+ years of international marketing communications experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment.
  • Experience in product management and marketing.
  • Strong technical competence to influence and maximize product architecture decisions.
