Digital Product Manager, Exams IT Services

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to join our Exams IT Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the product life cycle, conducting business and process analysis, and collaborating with users to ensure the development of high-quality exams systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and analyze user requirements for developing exams systems
  • Lead on product/function-based life cycle management, including user needs analysis, process review, backlog prioritization, document preparation, and end-to-end release
  • Support business users to adapt new functions and collect feedback for continuous improvement
  • Communicate with business users for system-related issues
  • Support the system development and changes process as a key stakeholder
  • Work with development teams for user needs clarification, system development, quality control, and user training
  • Manage user acceptance tests and release process
Requirements
  • Relevant full-time work experience
  • Cross-team work experience
  • Proven record of product/project management, process control, and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Waterfall
  • Proven record of user needs analysis and user requirement management
  • End-to-end digital product management
