Job Summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant systems
