Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our all-optical network connectivity business in China's data center industry.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to establish HUBER+SUHNER as a leading provider of fiber optic connectivity solutions in China's data center market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to communicate the value of HUBER+SUHNER's solutions to customers and partners.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
Your Profile
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data center design and architecture, including GPU fabric and fiber management solutions.
  • Excellent marketing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners in both languages.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong network of contacts in the data center industry.
