We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Program Manager to join our team at 898 FLEXTRONICS COMPUTING (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. in Suzhou Wuzhong. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating program schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and direct program schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results to ensure program success.
  • Provide expertise and support with contract negotiations as required.
  • Oversee interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and business metrics.
  • Review program proposals or plans to resolve time frames, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing programs, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of programs.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of programs and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, including control for different accounts of various complexities.
  • Act as the key channel of communication for customers and escalate customer issues as necessary.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
  • Monitor and track project and program deliverables to ensure they are met.
  • Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in program administration/management or a related area.
  • Demonstrates advanced operations, technical, and people and/or process skills, as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries, or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
  • Accountability for program wellness.
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.
  • Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical areas or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.
  • Understands the strategic impact of the function across sites.
  • Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses.
