About the Role

As part of AIA’s strategic initiative to enhance our wealth management capabilities, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the transformation of our wealth center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking and wealth management, with experience in driving business growth and developing high-net-worth clients. Key responsibilities include providing strategic guidance to our wealth management teams, leading the transformation of our wealth center, and developing and implementing strategies to enhance our wealth management capabilities. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to our wealth management teams to drive business growth and develop high-net-worth clients.
  • Lead the transformation of our wealth center, including the development and implementation of strategies to enhance our wealth management capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our wealth management teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with our business development teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.


Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in private banking and wealth management, with a strong background in driving business growth and developing high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including our wealth management teams and external partners.
