Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Intern to support our upstream marketing team in the male grooming domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing consumer and market data, coordinating project areas, and developing value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support selected projects in Product Development, including analysis of consumer and market data, and coordination of project areas.
  • Develop value propositions, including consumer research, concept and claim development, and verification.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to support key innovation projects for Facial Styling products.
  • Support product launch plans, including trade presentations, launch activities, and online activities.
  • Analyze online portfolios and suggest counteractions with the Market Intelligence team.
  • Support the creation and follow-up of value-added promotions.
About the Team

You will be part of a dedicated Marketing Team in the category of Male Grooming within Philips Health Tech, a global leader in electronic male grooming appliances. Our team is responsible for full proposition development, from consumer insight generation to product development, market launch, and life cycle management.

We Are Looking For
  • Students currently studying towards Master of Science in Business Administration, Business Economics, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Data Analysis, or Business Analysis.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Passion for marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Good communication skills: ability to inspire people and convey messages in a convincing manner.
  • Solid interpersonal skills: ability to work with people of different seniority and backgrounds.
  • Able to work in a complex international matrix organization. Hands-on mentality, good in managing projects.
