Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a Field Applications Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers, as well as working closely with our engineering teams to improve product performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers on the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with OCD/film metrology products and features.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to customers and assess potential applications to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to improve product performance and provide clear feedback on tool/algorithm performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical skills to understand the functionality and capabilities of our tools.

Requirements

  • MS/BS with 1-3 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in engineering applications.
  • Proficient in computer applications for data presentation and analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a constantly changing work environment.
  • Strong technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • IC Fab process development experience.
  • Knowledge in defect detection, metrology, process control and yield management.
