Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Director to lead our West Region sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the West Region.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • University degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the apparel, fashion, or FMCG industry.
