About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Consultant to join our team in China. As a key member of our Human Capital Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects, supporting project selling, and contributing to content and people development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality talent management and rewards consulting projects, including clarifying team goals, assigning responsibilities, and managing financials.
  • Apply in-depth HR knowledge to translate client business issues into integrated multi-component solutions, contributing to client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide meaningful insights and potential improvements to internal and external client deliverables and new offers/solutions.
  • Co-present solutions and recommendations to senior client management teams.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of management consulting or equivalent experience in designing and delivering talent management, organization effectiveness, or total rewards solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of business operations and HR knowledge/practices in MNCs and Chinese companies.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with senior government officials, CEOs, and Board members.
  • Solid project management experience and excellent client management skills.
  • Client orientation and ability to provide solutions that impact clients' business results.
  • Flexible and able to work in a team-based environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
