Talent Management Consultant

About the Role
Aon is seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Consultant to join our team in China. As a key member of our Human Capital Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects, supporting project selling, and contributing to content and people development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-quality talent management and rewards consulting projects, including clarifying team goals, assigning responsibilities, and managing financials.
- Apply in-depth HR knowledge to translate client business issues into integrated multi-component solutions, contributing to client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide meaningful insights and potential improvements to internal and external client deliverables and new offers/solutions.
- Co-present solutions and recommendations to senior client management teams.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of management consulting or equivalent experience in designing and delivering talent management, organization effectiveness, or total rewards solutions.
- In-depth understanding of business operations and HR knowledge/practices in MNCs and Chinese companies.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with senior government officials, CEOs, and Board members.
- Solid project management experience and excellent client management skills.
- Client orientation and ability to provide solutions that impact clients' business results.
- Flexible and able to work in a team-based environment and under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
