Senior Distributed Systems Architect

NVIDIA is seeking a talented distributed systems engineer to design and develop our cutting-edge AI infrastructure and deep learning platform for autonomous vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building the next generation of software 2.0 cloud platforms for some of the most ambitious problems of our time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Development: Design and implement scalable, distributed architecture and solutions for security, authentication, authorization, access control, and multi-tenancy.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with multiple AI teams to craft a future-proof platform that meets their current needs and anticipates future advancements, enhancing their overall productivity.
- User Support: Provide foundational support for platform users, ensuring a seamless and productive experience.
Requirements:
- Academic Excellence: A BS, MS, or equivalent in Computer Architecture, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Prowess: A robust programming background, emphasizing data structures, design patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and proficiency in Java, Scala, or Go.
- Experience: At least 5 years of work or research experience in security architecture, with expertise in key building blocks such as authentication, authorization, access control, and multi-tenancy.
- Versatility and Motivation: The ability to navigate between long-term and immediate tactical tasks smoothly and a strong self-motivated mentality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Platform Familiarity: Expert knowledge of Kubernetes will be a distinct advantage.
