Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of electricians, ensuring effective scheduling and record-keeping.

2. Manage and maintain electrical substations, air compressor stations, process cooling water stations, central air conditioning systems, and cooling towers.

3. Supervise the maintenance and management of cranes and elevators.

4. Assist in developing annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance and inspection plans for various equipment including substations, air compressors, and elevators.

5. Organize and implement the established maintenance and repair plans, ensuring prompt and quality repairs on-site.

6. Oversee the supervision of outsourced construction projects.

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree in electromechanical or electrical engineering, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.

2. Must possess high and low voltage electrician certification.

3. Familiarity with large air compressors, central air conditioning systems, and cooling towers; knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred.

4. Understanding of safety management procedures for special equipment such as pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, elevators, and cranes; certification as a special equipment administrator is advantageous.

5. A minimum of 10 years of professional electrician experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and expressive skills, with a willingness to take on responsibilities.

7. Proficient computer skills.
