**Job Summary:**

Copeland is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Integration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for managing trade orders and ensuring timely execution in line with company policy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will handle contract booking, order processing, and shipment while maintaining tight follow-up on orders to achieve outstanding delivery (OTD) levels. You will also prepare and submit documents, review Letters of Credit (L/C), and apply Bank Guarantees (B/G) timely. Additionally, you will maintain regular reports, review backlogs, forecast shipments, and ensure accurate Payment Outstanding Reports (POR).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage trade orders from submission to payment receipt, ensuring timely execution and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Review L/Cs, prepare L/C documents, and submit within deadlines.
  • Apply B/Gs timely and coordinate with relevant departments to obtain required documents.
  • Maintain accurate A/R reports, identify risks, and take charge of resolving issues.
  • Support Business Units (BU) in generating reports, such as payment risk reports and key order lists.
  • Develop expertise in Oracle and Order Dashboard systems.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of customer needs, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Previous experience in commercial departments or purchase departments is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Trade or Economics. Fluency in both oral and written English and Chinese is required. Occupational health and safety skills are also desirable.
