We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to fulfill a pivotal role.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Offering investment support, education, and guidance to clients, prospects, and Relationship Managers Evaluating client needs, experiences, expectations, and risk tolerance Delivering timely CIO market updates and house perspectives, providing clear tactical strategies to enhance the functional competencies and professionalism of Relationship Managers. Formulating comprehensive investment strategies and asset allocations tailored to clients. Coordinating the execution of investment strategies with suitable products and services Monitoring client portfolios for performance, suitability, and opportunities Providing investment insights updates to clients, prospects, and Relationship Managers. Contributing to the development of new business initiatives and product enhancements Identifying and communicating issues or limitations related to products, platforms, operations, systems, or pricing Keeping abreast of competitor investment capabilities, product offerings, and pricing policies Ensuring the integrity of the sales process and compliance with all HSBC and regulatory policies Upholding HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points alongside any issues raised by external regulators Engaging in other projects, initiatives, or role transfers as assigned by the line managerTo excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
• A proven history in investment advisory and/or investment sales within private wealth management, asset management, or both buy-side and sell-side environments;
• Familiarity with private banking operations, both onshore and offshore
• Understanding of the competitive and regulatory landscape
• Client-centric approach, with robust sales, analytical, technical, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation abilities, adept at complex problem resolution, along with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sound judgment, a keen sense of urgency, and a high level of professional and personal integrity
