Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned professional to become a part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
  • Collaborate closely with the Relationship Management and Wealth Management teams to deliver specialized services in business planning and joint client meetings.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to enhance the skills of staff teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver timely updates on market trends and product offerings to both staff and clients.
  • Engage with wealth management product teams and development units to innovate new products and enhance customer experiences.
  • Support frontline teams in addressing customer service needs and resolving disputes to ensure seamless client support.
  • Conduct client visits for high-net-worth individuals to identify wealth management needs and assist in asset allocation decisions based on risk profiles and investment preferences.
  • Facilitate training sessions for internal sales teams on market insights and investment products.
  • Mentor relationship managers for high-net-worth clients, focusing on market knowledge, product understanding, and communication skills, while developing and implementing improvement plans.
  • Review existing asset allocations for high-net-worth clients to support rebalancing decisions.
  • Lead and support wealth management seminars and forums based on branch needs, sharing insights on market perspectives and wealth management philosophies.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • A university degree with honors in economics, finance, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product specialist, financial advisor, or sales management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of wealth management products and expertise in customer portfolio management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • A mature and confident individual capable of instilling trust with colleagues and clients.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • A degree in economics, finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in wealth management, investment advising, sales, or team leadership within financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with global and domestic investment markets, coupled with solid knowledge of wealth management products.
  • Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
  • A mature, independent individual with resilience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for client engagement and helping others succeed.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
