Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead all sourcing and merchandising activities for the Premium Platform - Joe Hudson/Favorite Daughter (JHFD) product line. This role oversees the entire sourcing lifecycle, from identifying new suppliers to managing day-to-day supplier relationships and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction for the JHFD sourcing hub, overseeing all activities related to design, development, production, and pricing.
  • Manage the JHFD sourcing operations and collaboration between country-specific teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient Asia-wide sourcing strategy.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and consistency in JHFD sourcing operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, lead times, and quality to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and lead the sourcing team through effective talent management, training, and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of proven experience in merchandising.
  • Proven experience with premium brands background.
  • Passion for women's fashion and a good sense of style.
  • Commercial mentality with consumer insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proven track record of driving team results and achieving goals.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments and proactively navigates challenges.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for product presentation and visual aesthetics.
  • Up-to-date on the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe products.
