Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Expert with a focus on logistics to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing sales support and customer service operations.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently as the primary point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities will include timely and accurate sales order processing, proactive management of customer backlogs, and communication with customers regarding delivery status, customer requirements, and claims management.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and departments, including lean process and administration implementation, as well as integrating new customers into our organization. Additionally, you will work closely with customers to discuss logistics and supply chain process improvements.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which include reporting and special projects assigned by management. You will also play a key role in promoting digitalization within the team and department.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain area
  • Strong team player with pro-active, flexible, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial skills
  • Knowledge of reputable ERP systems and SAP is preferred
  • Advanced Excel, PPT, and MS office skills
  • Digital knowledge in RPA, VBA, Python, PBI, etc., is highly preferred
  • Good problem-solving skills and project management experience
  • At least 2 years of working experience in customer service, demand planning, and/or logistics related functions
What We Offer

As a Supply Chain Expert with a focus on logistics, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
