Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician II to join our team at Abbott. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Perform daily inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to resolve equipment failures and improve overall equipment efficiency.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to production team members on equipment operation and quality control procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in production line equipment operation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer-controlled systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
  • Fluency in English language.
