Sales Operations Specialist II

Donaldson is a leading technology and innovation company committed to solving complex filtration challenges. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist II to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong filtration knowledge and service experience in the AFM team.
- Develop customer-oriented skills and work collaboratively with the sales team to drive sustainable growth.
- Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting and selecting parts online.
- Establish expertise in service and parts to enhance Donaldson's credibility and confidence with customers.
- Develop strong relationships with key account customers who have signed service package agreements.
- Coordinate with global and Wuxi production, technical center, and sourcing teams to identify the right parts.
- Manage parts product management, including creation, stocking, and cost optimization.
- Act as the service hotline interface and work closely with the service team to ensure effective follow-up on CAPA cases and on-site service requests.
- Record key information from inbound calls and create accounts in CRM.
- Participate in plant visits and site visits with service engineers to gain application experience and build service expertise.
- Good understanding of filtration (2 years).
- Strong field experience in the industrial market (5 years).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate technical product applications with mechanical understanding.
- Knowledge of product management (marketing-oriented, focused on parts).
- Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and writing) and quick troubleshooting.
- Trainer experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, majored in science and engineering, 211 listed schools is a plus.
- Good mechanical understanding.
- CAD skills (capable of reading drawings and interpreting prints).
- Good capability of CRM.
- Strong business sense (sensitive to opportunity) and customer-oriented.
- Good communication and coordination, good team player.
- Proactive thinking, aggressive, self-driven, and problem-solving.
- Quick learning and high resistance to pressure.
- Good at motivating internal/external partners.
- > 1 year of technical experience in industrial business (junior level).
- > 3 years of technical experience in industrial business (experienced level).
- > 5 years of technical experience in industrial business (senior level).
- Experience in the aftermarket field is a plus.
- Technical background and enjoy solving problems from customers/internal partners and selling products.
