Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets, collecting and submitting sales data in a timely manner
- Collect and submit market activity data, completing tasks assigned by direct managers
- Provide administrative support, including reviewing regional expense reports and organizing internal meetings
- Submit regular reports on sales performance and other daily tasks
- Manage regional budgets, tracking expenses and progress on a monthly basis
- Perform other daily tasks and administrative responsibilities
- Minimum 2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a preference for experience in the blood cancer field
- Relevant medical or pharmaceutical background
- Strong academic background, high work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt to frequent travel
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently, with a strong learning and thinking spirit
