Regional Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelēz International.
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets in your designated region. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to increase sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS
- IDENTIFY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP STRATEGIC PLANS TO INCREASE SALES REVENUE
- MONITOR AND ANALYZE SALES TRENDS AND MAKE DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with local market conditions and customer needs

- A competitive salary range of RMB 150,000 - RMB 200,000 per year
