Job Title: Brand and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team at Razer. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Razer's brand and products to gamers and esports enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales for Razer's gaming and esports products.
  • Plan and coordinate brand marketing activations, including product launches, promotional events, and partnership campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Bilibili.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement social media campaigns that resonate with the gaming and esports community.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach a wider audience.
  • Represent Razer at offline events, trade shows, and partner cooperations, fostering relationships and networking within the gaming and esports industry.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for innovation and growth opportunities.
  • Support the overall marketing team with various tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a focus on brand marketing activations and social media campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives, preferably in the gaming or esports industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English speaking and writing.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for gaming and esports, able to connect with the target audience on a personal level.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, including attendance at offline events and partner cooperations.
  • Gamer or familiarity with gaming and esports culture is preferred.
