Job Summary

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure a high level of store presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Manage inventory levels, stockroom organization, and maintain accurate records
  • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in visual merchandising, window displays, and in-store promotions
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and implement business strategies
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store management team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, retail, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Burberry products, brand, and values
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
