Job Summary

As a Front Office Manager II at Marriott International, you will be responsible for leading the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role involves overseeing all front office functions, including guest arrival and departure procedures, and ensuring the quality and standards of our services meet the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the front office team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest services and front desk operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
