Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team at the Grand Hyatt Dalian. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the AFOM or FOM in delivering the brand promise by managing Front Office operations, including the Front Desk, Front Service, Communications Centre, Business Centre, and Regency or Grand Club.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring alignment with company budget and policies.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Front Office staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as Assistant Manager - Front Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
