Job Title: Office Administrator and Project Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Project Assistant to join our team at MMR Research. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties:
  • Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Support activities including assistance for new starters, making travel /accommodation arrangements.
  • Source / ship / receive products and clear customs for research projects
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, receptionist, or relevant role.
  • Fluent mandarin and good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
