About the Role

This is a key position within Roche, responsible for driving business process excellence and digital transformation in event management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a Business Process Management (BPM) framework that aligns with Roche's ambitions, strategy, and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times, with a zero-tolerance approach to non-compliance incidents.
  • Develop and implement an event data management strategy, leveraging technology and automation tools to optimize event data health and build a sustainable digital ecosystem.
  • Lead the development of an event data model and standardization framework, creating meaningful dashboards to empower business decision-making.
  • Support the establishment of a corporate event efficiency framework, driving mindset and behavior change to ensure smooth implementation and business success.
  • Apply entrepreneurial and growth mindset skills, with strong leadership, project management, stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in process and project management, with a strong understanding of Lean 6 Sigma.
  • 3+ years of experience in data management and system development.
  • Business acumen and solid business knowledge, with a deep understanding of healthcare company management and event policies and SOPs in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus.
