The Senior Consultant in Performance and Talent plays a crucial role in crafting and executing a diverse array of consulting services focused on talent, rewards, and performance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage actively in the delivery of consulting projects/modules related to talent, rewards, and performance for small to medium-sized clients.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on smaller projects, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify client requirements and deliver top-notch consulting solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Clearly communicate various human resources solutions and industry best practices to clients.
  • Equip clients with essential knowledge and skills while fostering and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • A post-graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the industry or consulting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of human resources management practices.
  • A solid understanding of business operations and HR practices within multinational corporations and local enterprises.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data, pinpoint core issues, and derive effective solutions.
  • A commitment to delivering quality client service and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Adaptable, self-sufficient, and capable of thriving under pressure and uncertainty.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
