Position Overview

Are you passionate about driving compliance in sales? We are seeking dynamic sales professionals with strong business insight and a minimum of 3+ years' experience in quota-driven sales who embrace the challenges of license compliance sales on a daily basis.

This role is tailored for Named Account or Territory account License Compliance support, working closely with the Industry Sales Team and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting daily outbound calls to customers and prospects to ascertain their needs, enabling you to recommend effective solutions that ensure Autodesk's existing or potential customers remain compliant with licensing agreements.
  • Engaging in customer visits as necessary to provide expert License Compliance consulting services.
  • Finalizing License Compliance agreements, particularly within the Industry sector, while enhancing sales and average deal sizes by helping customers understand the significance of compliance and the risks associated with unauthorized use of Autodesk software.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently surpassing quotas in a structured, disciplined License Compliance sales environment characterized by high transaction volumes and collaborative selling.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or a 3-year College Diploma, preferably with a background in marketing or legal studies.
  • Over 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for software or inside sales experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities.
  • A commitment to teamwork and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and embrace self-challenges.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication is advantageous.
