Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the quality management of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control plans to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials and components.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their quality expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and other quality management systems.
  • Certified internal auditor or process auditor certificate preferred.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and 6 Sigma.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
