Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Activation Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth through effective channel marketing and eCom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive on-site campaigns, investments, and key KPIs.
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure clear rollout and execution of marketing channel strategies.
  • Develop strategies and annual plans for LEGO Gifting solutions and LEGO livestream on main platforms.
  • Developing and implementing strategies and insights for the digital marketing area, adapting them for B2B channel differentiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience is preferred.
  • Energetic, keen to learn newness, and strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Marketing / EC Marketing with proven records.
  • An independent, dedicated individual with highly responsible nature and ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Proficient written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • People management experience is an advantage.
  • Some domestic travel required.
  • IT skills: Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel, PPT.
