Membership Activation Manager

As a Membership Activation Manager at The LEGO Group, you will be responsible for managing CRM operations and critical metrics for LEGO Brand Retail Store (LBR) in China. Your goal will be to develop CRM operational strategies that drive impactful and powerful experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM operations and critical metrics for LBR in China
- Develop CRM operational strategies to drive customer engagement
- Work closely with Market Group China CRM team to align on long-term strategy and activation plans
- Lead the development of digital products to meet CRM needs
- Provide ongoing support to retail operation and marketing teams to sustain CRM value
- Deliver valuable business insights and initiate new ideas to achieve and improve CRM/business critical metrics
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 5-7 years of CRM/Digital/Social Commerce/data-driven marketing experience in consumer goods, retail related
- Passionate and savvy in digital platform, with deep understanding of commercial and communication
- Energetic, keen to learn newness and explore different ideas, with strong presentation and communication skills
- Enriched experience working with social commerce and community with confirmed records
- High degree of commercial savvy and results-focused approach to decision making
- Independent, dedicated individual with highly responsible nature and ability to work in a matrix organization
