LEGO Membership Program Manager

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our Membership and Personalization team in driving captivating consumer-brand interactions and impacting consumer lifetime value. As the key point of contact for our CRM program, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to deliver impactful and powerful LEGO member experiences online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage LEGO Membership Loyalty Program mechanics and benefits, including program development and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute membership-related programs and initiatives.
- Work closely with product teams to develop digital products that meet the needs of our membership loyalty program.
- Co-brand and develop new business opportunities with CRM membership programs, including internal and external collaboration.
- Ensure seamless customer service and feature customer satisfaction by working closely with customer service teams.
- Lead agencies to execute LEGO Membership Loyalty Program-related system operations and channel communications.
- Support loyalty reports and deliver valuable business insights to achieve and improve CRM/business KPIs.
- Manage related LEGO Membership Loyalty Program budgets and planning.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CRM, digital, social commerce, or data-driven marketing in consumer goods or retail.
- Passionate about digital platforms and commercial savvy with a deep understanding of communication.
- Energetic, keen to learn, and strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with social commerce and community with confirmed records.
- High degree of commercial savvy and results-focused approach to decision making.
- Independent, dedicated, and highly responsible individual with ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
