Experienced Retail Marketing Manager for Global Brand

As a key member of the LEGO Retail Experience & Marketing team, you will play a vital role in bringing the LEGO Retail strategy to life for shoppers and consumers. The team is responsible for implementing in-store marketing and communication across all store touch points (print and digital).

Your primary objective will be to lead in-market planning and execution of curated product stories that engage, surprise, and delight LEGO shoppers and consumers. You will align regional store activation with LEGO Retail's global best-in-class Visual Merchandising principles while identifying in-market opportunities to elevate and innovate.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in visual merchandising for a global brand retailer, with a strong background in planning and developing VM initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with superior creative skills and a passion for retail storytelling. A deep knowledge of visual merchandising best practices for retail and up-to-date awareness of retail trends, popular culture, and market trends are also required.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Regional Marketing, Retail Operations, Retail Design, and Assortment Planning, to curate strong product stories for retail messaging. Your ability to establish and cultivate relationships across business functions and creative teams will be critical to your success.

In return for your expertise, you can expect an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
