About Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited - D64


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior marketing manager to join our team in Shanghai. As an International Brand Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing branding strategies to drive awareness and consideration among our seller communities worldwide.


As a strategic and creative leader, you will be responsible for spearheading impactful branding campaigns across multiple media channels, leveraging market research and seller insights to guide brand positioning and messaging, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing assets.


You will engage and influence cross-functional teams and external partners, including business teams, Public Policy, Public Relations, Legal, Finance, and Marketplaces team, to launch simultaneous brand activities that require both strategic thinking and high-speed execution.


To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience and 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop branding strategy for Amazon Global Selling and implement effective branding activities to improve upper-funnel brand metrics and drive general demand.
  • Create, propose, implement, and evaluate programs through media channels and cooperation with KOLs to drive awareness and manage sentiment.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to launch multiple, simultaneous brand activities.
  • Manage annual budget and create metrics to track performances for brand campaigns.

Requirements:



  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.

What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary of ¥120,000 - ¥180,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
