Pomellato Shanghai Co. Ltd is a leading luxury jewelry brand seeking an experienced retail manager to drive business growth in China.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is 250,000 - 400,000 CNY per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven retail excellence manager to lead our team in China. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

You will have a proven track record of success in retail management, with a strong background in training and development. Your expertise in the luxury retail industry, combined with your knowledge of the Chinese market, will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business results.

In this role, you will work closely with our international team to develop and implement business strategies that meet the needs of our customers and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and loyalty
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years progressive experience in retail management, training, and/or development in specialty stores or international luxury brand companies
  • Practical and hands-on experience of the China market with a proven track record of driving business goals
  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written skills (English and Putonghua) with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, persuasively, and effectively
  • Ability to facilitate group discussions, teamwork, and make recommendations based on feedback and observations
  • Good team player with proven ability to partner with business leaders and develop tactics to achieve sales and efficient use of resources
  • Positive, problem-solving, and internal/external customer-focused attitude together with knowledge of fashion and jewelry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint
