Job Summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a highly skilled Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Activate marketing campaigns on various e-commerce platforms based on our annual marketing calendars.
  • Develop and implement strategies and insights for the gift-with-purchase strategy, leveraging strong product insight and platform differentiation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience.
  • Energetic, keen to learn newness and explore different ideas, with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Enriched experience working with Marketing / EC Marketing with proven records.
  • An independent, dedicated individual with highly responsible nature and ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges.
  • Proficient written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • People management experience is an advantage.
  • Some domestic travel required.
  • IT skills: Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel, PPT.
