Job Overview

As a Sales Activation Manager at PepsiCo, you will drive sales and deliver business targets by planning sales activation, focusing on distributor management and wholesaler management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of channel strategies with portfolio and pack/price opportunities.

Optimize wholesale business models and develop customers, balancing customer needs and supply chain complexity.

Drive joint business plans with importers and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating reviews.

Monitor importers to solve daily operational problems and lead KPI tracking and operating reviews.

Establish wholesale activation mechanisms for specific brands/categories and lead end-to-end operations to deliver sales targets.

Control investments to importers and drive year-on-year productivities.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to organizational understanding of wholesale sales.

Champion and embed Global Commercial Services (GCS) understanding, control, ownership, and execution within Global Commercial Relations (GCR) to achieve effective audit ratings.

Qualifications

College degree and at least 3 years of working experience in e-commerce or trade marketing or key account management.

Familiarity with major trade players/customers in the market.

Experience in key account management, scorecard management, joint business planning, annual operating plans, and top 2 top meetings.

Self-starter with high learning agility and ability to apply logical and creative thinking to solve complex business problems.

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn the business and look beyond the obvious.

Strong experience in flag store management is preferred.

Business-oriented with strong written and vocal English skills.

Good Excel and Word skills.

Detail-oriented, careful, patient, and high sense of responsibility.
