Drive Growth and Excellence in Trade Marketing

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving Beam Suntory brands' growth in strategic airports by supporting the team in implementing annual marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing visibility and activation plans to boost sales and brand presence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on planned timings and share insights on performance.
  • Establish strong connections with external agencies to ensure smooth and timely roll-out of key launches.
  • Support new permanent visibility rollout by working with agency and Commercial to ensure timely launch and clear planograming.
  • Update Marketing Calendar and support in preparation of retailer's presentation to sell in shopper programs.
  • Provide support on execution of Media campaigns, KOL marketing and social campaigns to drive brand awareness.
  • Responsible for planning and tracking of GWP usage based on trade plan.
  • Drive excellence in POS execution – ensuring visibility of brands in line with brand strategy and image.
  • Feedback to Shopper Marketing Manager performance of key campaigns of set KPIs and ways to improve for next promotion.
Requirements:
  • Possess a recognized university degree, preferably in Marketing / Business.
  • At least 5+ year of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in alcohol, luxury, FMCG or Travel Retail industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skill to manage several projects and stakeholders simultaneously and independently.
  • Positive, proactive and enthusiastic team player.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritize in a very fast-paced environment and understand business context.
