Job Description

This role involves following up on strategic alliance contracts, including tracking internal workflows, publishing and archiving contracts, contract reminders, and coordinating sales meetings to ensure business runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and inputting all sales contracts, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with the Chinese sales team on administrative tasks, including maintaining internal and external contact information, expense reports, office activities, and other daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on strategic alliance contracts, including tracking internal workflows, publishing and archiving contracts, and sending reminders.
  • Coordinate sales meetings to ensure business runs smoothly, prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on results.
  • Review and input all sales contracts to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Chinese sales team on administrative tasks, including maintaining internal and external contact information, expense reports, office activities, and other daily tasks.
  • Support simple translation work within the department under guidance.
  • Manage departmental administrative and operational costs, reports, and data transmission security.
  • Ensure all relevant standard operating procedures are strictly followed by the team.
  • Manage important departmental documents, adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in training designated by the Strategic Alliance Department, providing strong support and backup to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
