Job Overview



Coca Cola is seeking a seasoned Brand Leadership Manager to lead the growth of Fanta and Schweppes in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.



The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing brand strategies and business plans on leading brands in China, with a focus on B2C and FMCG businesses. Market development category experiences and global experience are highly valued.



As a Brand Leadership Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance and financial efficiency of your assigned brands, including P&L ownership and budget planning. You will also need to master and own global brand architectures and standards, local human insights, and market reality to fuel brand and business growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute brand growth strategies, business plans, and innovations to drive equity and market share growth.
  • Manage performance and financial efficiency, including P&L ownership and budget planning.
  • Mastery and ownership of global brand architectures and standards, local human insights, and market reality to fuel brand and business growth.
  • Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled and experienced brand managers across your brand portfolio to deliver brand, business, and innovation plans.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Creative, IMX, Frontline Marketing, Customer Commercial and Franchise, Finance, Technical, and R&D teams.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of consumers, customers, and markets, constantly measuring business performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Influence the system to action with speed and bring winning ideas to the global Flavored Sparkling and marketing community.


Qualifications & Requirements




  • Experience leading development and execution of brand strategies and business plans on leading brands in China, with a focus on B2C and FMCG businesses.
  • P&L ownership, performance management, and budget planning.
  • Deeper understanding of consumer insights.
  • Quality experience in social & EC.
  • Multi-national company experience, leading direct and indirect teams, and working in large multi-functional and cross-geography teams.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Native Chinese speaker, English fluency required.


Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
