Key Responsibilities and Activities
As a Brand Manager at Campari Beijing Trading, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand plans that drive business growth and brand awareness. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing annual marketing plans, A&P strategic maps, and phasing in collaboration with the line manager.
- Implementing brand plans on time and within budget, monitoring progress, and proposing changes as needed.
- Working closely with the Global Strategy & Marketing function to ensure effective development of brand strategy by providing local market insights and developing local brand strategies in line with global brand directions.
- Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop strong consumer communication plans on digital, social, and EC platforms to effectively deliver brand messages to target consumers.
- Working closely with external agencies and internal field teams to develop promotional plans and materials.
- Assisting in the development of all marketing activities (ATL/BTL).
- Developing relationships with trade outlets to conclude promotion activities and events.
- Conducting regular market visits and consumer research.
- Strictly controlling A&P spending and phasing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or product marketing management, ideally in international spirits. Past experience in Cognac is a must.
- Great passion for the imported spirits category and brands, and the lifestyle they represent.
- Strong commercial marketing sense and insightful consumer understanding.
- Brand management knowledge on brand positioning, media, PR, promotion, research, and merchandising.
- Prior experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings. A good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
