The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Job

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and improve sales processes.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Deliver effective sales skills training to sales teams and coach them on applying training content to real-life situations.

The Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2B Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in the Ecommerce or Marketplaces industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Will to undertake 0-30% travel.
