The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Strategically developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts to drive growth.
- Consistently achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, as well as maximising share of wallet through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Effectively coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up activities.
- Achieving and surpassing weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Fostering strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor insights.
- Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities through lead follow-up and market research.
- Nurturing new business generation by engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Guiding the sales process to successfully close new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the existing client portfolio.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Providing effective sales skills training to the sales teams.
- Coaching sales teams and helping them apply training content to real-world scenarios.
The Profile
- You possess at least 1 year of experience in a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, preferably within the Ecommerce/Marketplaces industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numerical data.
- You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
