Job Title: Brand Manager Kinder

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ferrero team and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that will engage and delight our consumers. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing the brand's overall strategy, including product development, marketing communications, and sales promotions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand growth and awareness
  • Manage product development and launch plans to ensure successful market entry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales promotions and trade marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand strategy and decision-making
Requirements:
  • Marketing background with experience in brand management and product development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English language skills, with ability to communicate effectively with global teams
